Accommodation
Media representatives can choose from the wide selection of hotels whose services have been secured for the Czech Presidency by the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic together with GUARANT International, the winner of a public tender.
Journalists can book and order accommodation via a booking system managed by GUARANT International. All the hotels have been chosen for their proximity to meeting venues and their easy access from the city centre or airport. Media representatives will also appreciate the fact that the selected hotels are situated near the press centres. Although preliminary bookings have been made at the hotels, the organisers recommend reserving rooms well in advance.
A list of recommended hotels can be found for each event in the accreditation system – once accreditation has been granted, journalists can book the accommodation that suits their needs. The list includes a rundown of hotel services and a map of Prague explaining how to get to the individual recommended hotels.
